Floor Plan: one bed room apartments from 16.5 square feet to 20 square feet. We have 6 floors. No elevator.
Rent: our monthly rent is from NT$4,500 to NT$6,500 (about USD$151 to USD$242). You may get discount if you pay rents semi-annually. Principally, the lease term is half a year. If you want to have a shorter lease term, rents would be higher.
Fee: you have to pay the electricity you used by NT$4 per kWh measured by electricity meters. And also, you have to pay laundry service or other services which you specifically demand. However, you don’t have to pay for water, cleaning, public consumed power, cable and internet because they are included in rents.
Deposit: 2-month deposit.

To keep the living quality and safety for tenants, Formosa Life Services set this accommodation rules (hereinafter the “Rule.”) All of Formosa Life Servcies’ tenants shall follow the Rule and related management regulations. The managers may inform tenants to cure the breach; it shall be deemed a breach of Formosa Life Services Leasing Contract that any tenant breaches the Rule on purpose, rejects to cure or fails curing breaches after notice.
Safety Rules:
1. Please pay attention on any electric equipment. Don’t turn on much high power-consumption electric equipment at the same time. High power-consumption electric equipment are air conditioners, heaters, hair dryers, electric cookers, induction cookers, microwave ovens, electric ovens, toasters and so on.
2. When you turn on any electric equipment, please keep an eye on the equipment.
3. Please use extension cords that are capable for electric higher than 15A, has electric breakers, safety certificates, fireproof materials.
4. It is prohibited putting stuff, trash, and anything blocks passages or fire escapes.
5. Don’t install any electric wire or tube on your own and don’t operate any public electric equipment.
6. When you use any fire equipment such as stoves, please keep an eye on the equipment.
7. If you grow any plant, please don’t put it outside the building or walls to avoid watering on people and to avoid the plant fall down causing damages.
8. Don’t take inflammable or explosive items into buildings and don’t store stinky or poisonous items.
9. Don’t overload elevators.
10. Tenants shall not conduct any illegal activity or keep any dangerous item.
11. For public safety, it is strictly prohibited that any tenant moves any fire equipment or any security equipment without cause.
Noise Rules:
1. Don’t affect peaceful living environment of others such as making noises or singing loudly.
2. Please control the volume of electronic equipment and avoid using high volume equipment in early morning or deep night.
3. Don’t keep a pet in your room without permission. If you keep a pet with permission, please properly manage and train the pet, not making noises to affect others.
4. Don’t drag desk, chair or heavy items to avoid vibrations affect neighbors.
5. Don’t burn or spray smoky or stinky items.
6. Please go to smoke in an open and aired space. Don’t affect other and have others to breath second hand smoke.
Clean Rules:
1. Please don’t leave trash, dregs of instant noodles or anything like those on fountain machines.
2. Don’t litter trashes, cigarette butts, fruit skins.
3. Please keep your room and walls clean. Don’t stick any hook, label or sticker that is hard to remove.
4. To keep the good appearance of Formosa Life Services’ buildings, don’t change construct, color, and purpose of the public area and don’t put ad. Other similar behaviors are prohibited.
Other Rules:
1. Don’t possess, damage or interfere the usage of Formosa Life Services’ any public facility, including public areas or equipment.
2. When you move items or furniture, please be carefully. Don’t hit and damage walls, elevators, doors, ceilings, lights or other facilities.
In order to give tenants better coverge, to have tenants feel more safe in Formosa Life Services’ rooms, Formosa Life Services buy commercial general liability insurance policy from a insurance company.
